Cirrus Arts Corporation, established in 1979 and
duly registered in the state of Arizona is the
corporate umbrella under which I work. I am
president and sole owner of shares in Cirrus Arts
Corporation, and all the paintings I do are owned
by the corporation and all sales are deposited into
the Cirrus accounts. I receive a salary from Cirrus
depending on the monies available in its accounts
and my personal needs.
